When it’s time to trade in your jewelry or trade up that diamond to a larger one, most jewelry stores (especially the big names) will let you trade in your diamond, as long as you double the original purchase price with the new diamond. We give you 100% of the purchase price toward your new diamond of greater value when you upgrade, even if the new diamond is only $1 more than the old one. This policy holds true for loose diamonds, solitaire stud earrings, and solitaire pendants.

Gold Trade In or Diamond Trade Up
Gold, Diamonds, and some precious gemstones may have value on the wholesale market. Therefore, we may be able to offer you a trade-in allowance for your second-hand jewelry, based on the prevailing fair market value of its gemstones and metal. You may then use this allowance toward the purchase of Van Adams jewelry, to the extent that your new purchase equals or exceeds the value or the jewelry you trade in. Many people have old gold jewelry sitting in a drawer that they will never wear. Bring it in and we will buy it for the trade in value of the gold.
